Do I need a lawyer to use LegiScore?
No. Every result is written in plain words with a clear verdict. If something looks risky, we say what it means and what to do next. You can also add a lawyer review for any property.
Which states do you cover?
Official record searches work today in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, with more states coming. The Vault works for property anywhere in India.
What does a search cost?
Searches start at ₹25 per record, before GST. You see the exact price for your state and record type before you pay.
What if the portal has no record?
You get a full refund. We only charge for a search when the portal returns a record.
How long does a Due Diligence report take?
Within 24 hours of receiving your sale deed. Official records usually arrive in minutes.
How do I get updates on WhatsApp?
Turn on WhatsApp alerts in the app. We message you only when a record changes, a report is ready, or a due date is near.
Can I share a property with my family?
Yes. Invite a family member to one property. They can view its papers. You can stop sharing at any time.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments go through a licensed Indian payment partner by UPI, card or net banking. We never see or store your card details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, Privacy, Delete account. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm on email.

Who can see my documents?
Only you, and people you invite. Files are encrypted and stored in India.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. One tap removes a document, or your whole account, for good.
Do I need the originals?
No. A clear phone photo or a PDF is enough to start.

What do I need to start?
A survey number or document number. We find the rest.
Is the result legally valid?
It is the official record. For a title opinion, use Due Diligence.

What do you check?

Which documents do I give?
Start with the sale deed. We fetch the official records ourselves.
Does a high score mean it is safe?
It means no problem was found in the records we could see.

A new mortgage, a mutation, a court case, or a fraudulent sale.
Can I watch a property I do not own?
Yes. Many buyers watch a plot while they decide.
Will you message me too often?
No. We write only when something changes, or a due date is near.
Payments and refunds
Is GST included?
Prices are before GST. The final amount shows before you pay.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards or net banking. You get a GST invoice by email.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on any search where the portal has no record.
