Privacy notice

In short

We keep only what we need. We never sell your data. You can see it, correct it or delete it any time.

1. What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email. The property details you add, such as survey numbers and addresses. The documents you upload to your Vault. Payment status from our payment partner, never your card details.

2. Why we use it

To fetch official records for you, prepare your reports, and send alerts you asked for on WhatsApp, SMS or email. We ask for your consent for each of these uses, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.

3. Who sees it

Only you, and people you invite to a property. If you order a Due Diligence report, the reviewing lawyer sees that one property. Our service providers process data for us under written contracts. Data is stored in India.

4. How long we keep it

Documents stay until you delete them. After you close your account we delete your data within 30 days. We keep invoices for the period the tax law requires.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Use Settings, Privacy in the app. It takes one tap, and we confirm on WhatsApp or email.

6. Grievance officer

Write to privacy@legiscore.in. We reply within 7 days. If we do not solve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. Analytics and advertising tools load only after you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Terms of use

In short

Use LegiScore for your own property decisions. We fetch official records and give a reasoned view, not a guarantee.

1. Who we are

LegiScore is a service of LawyerDesk Advocacy Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. What the services do

The Vault stores your documents. Searches fetch records from government portals. Due Diligence gives a lawyer-reviewed view of the title based on the records we could see. Monitoring re-checks records on a schedule and alerts you to changes.

3. What the services do not do

A score or verdict is not a guarantee of title. Government portals can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always read the report in full and take independent legal advice before a large payment.

4. Prices, payment and refunds

You see the price, before GST, before every paid step. We refund a search when the portal has no record. Monitoring renews monthly and you can cancel any time; the current month is not refunded.

5. Fair use

Add only property you own, plan to buy, or are authorised to check. Do not upload documents you have no right to share, and do not use the service to harass or defraud anyone.

6. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Write to help@legiscore.in first and we will try to solve it within 7 days.
